my thoughts about college football vs. nfl...

this guy sums it up SO well in his article.

i've been to NFL games (seahawks, both times) and i watch the super bowl most years. they were fun, i guess, but, you just can't get around the purity of college kids playing "for pride", as this guy mentions in the article. that's been my big argument the whole time, most of the kids who play college football DON'T go on and play pro ball...and they know it! but, they still play and many graduate. (too bad college basketball can't really claim the same) this guy did a great job summing up all the cool things that college football does that the nfl just kind of ignores, or does with a fraction of the heart.
